Maccabi Patients:
Can only be seen privately if not seen by me through Maccabi in the past 6 months.
**Please note that Maccabi will not reimburse for private visits.**
Visits can be submitted to private insurance depending on your policy. For visits to be covered by Maccabi, they must be scheduled through Maccabi for the Hod Hasharon office only.
